Pork Chops with Red Cabbage and Apples

4 boneless pork chops (about 1 lb.)
1 jar (19.49 oz.) Gundelsheim Barrel Red Cabbage
1 1/2 cup red onion, diced
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup orange juice or apple juice
Preparation
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat then add pork chops and brown on both sides.
In a medium bowl, combine red cabbage, onion, brown sugar and apple slices. Spoon mixture over pork chops. Pour orange or apple juice over the top and cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes or until the chops are tender. To serve, place chops over the cabbage.
Serves 4.
